## The problem

In Bangladesh, tour discovery happens on Facebook pages and a hundred
half-broken agency websites. Travelers compare prices through DM screenshots;
agencies run their entire operation on spreadsheets, manual posts, and
WhatsApp threads. Both sides lose. Triplone collapses that into one place.
For travelers, an AI trip planner with verified agencies. For agencies,
an AI operating system that handles content, marketing, and customer ops.

**For travelers:** AI trip planner that builds a custom itinerary from your
interests, duration, and budget. Smart packing assistant. A directory of
verified agencies (they pass document and authenticity checks before
listing). Integrated travel shop for gear with AI-curated picks.

**For agencies:** AI tour management for listings, descriptions, and
itineraries. AI content engine for blog posts and promo copy. AI marketing
studio that turns tour descriptions into produced videos with voiceover
and music. Centralized customer + booking + campaign dashboard with
pay-as-you-go credits for the premium AI surfaces.

## What's next

Public launch, agency onboarding pipeline, and a referral layer between
travelers and the verified agency network.
